Small Batch Biscuits Recipe

This is a very easy recipe and yields some pretty good biscuits! Top it with some good Irish butter, honey, or homemade jam and you have a delicious treat.
Small Batch Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup whole milk
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix oil and milk; pour into dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface.
Knead lightly 5 or 6 times.
Roll dough out to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Yields: 6 biscuits
