Peppermint & Spearmint
These aren't just for flavoring candy, gum and toothpaste, they have a ton of other benefits too -- including your health and hair!
I'm growing all kinds of herbs, vegetables, and rose gardens seen here have all been grown
from seed. One of my biggest crops is the mint family -- spearmint, peppermint, rosemary and lemon balm.
All of the mint family has strong magical, health, and medicinal benefits. These multi-talented and powerful herbs can not only be used in tea, but a lot of other ways too!
Before I get into the magical and protective properties of the mint family, I gotta do a quick little disclaimer. I am not a doctor and don’t claim to be, anything stated here is simply a product of my own research. If you are ill, please see a trained medical professional and don’t try to treat yourself based on something written here. Don’t ever consume anything you aren’t 100% sure is safe, and if you’re pregnant consult your doctor or midwife before consuming something you aren’t familiar with.
